Live Plants – Return Policy
Because cactus plants are living organisms, we do not accept returns on live plants once they have been shipped.
This policy helps us maintain strict quality standards and ensures that all plants remain healthy and safe from potential contamination or stress during transit.
Live Plant Guarantee (Damaged or Unhealthy Plants)
We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer a Live Plant Guarantee.
If your plant arrives:

Severely damaged

Dead on arrival

In poor condition due to shipping
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:

Clear photos of the plant and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement plant (if available)

Store credit

A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
Non-Live Products (Accessories, Tools, Kits)
We accept returns on non-living items such as:

Cactus soil and growing supplies

Germination kits
-
Tools and accessories

Pest and insect treatment products
Return Conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
